Of course, Tokaj is not in Burgundy. But we wanted you to be able to search for the wonderful Chateau Pajzos wines through this tab.
Along with the Sauterne wines, this region is famous for some of the best dessert wines in the world. One of the finest estates in Tokaj was purchased by a French company – a company that my French connections led me to.
Therefore, I have access to the wines from the renowned Chateau Pajzos. And they let me cherrypick their most sought-after dessert wines. In fact, I only carry two of them, their 5 Puttonyos Aszu and their incredible Esszencia. Most people who try these wines call them “Liquid Gold”.
